After you pay your membership, you will be asked to complete your registration. You can add a second office address on that form.

You will also be asked for your medical speciality and what hospitals you are affiliated with.

Finally, you will be asked about joining the NJDPA Action Committee. As a member of the committee, you will be part of a NJDPA list-serve community and will receive receive separate email updates on the advocacy efforts and schedules of upcoming events. Please consider joining.
